Troubleshooting

The game will not open or keeps crashing

Try the following:

Close the app completely and reopen it.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Make sure your device is running the latest available version of iOS.
Check the App Store for an update to Floppy Fish: Reef Rush.
Make sure your device has enough free storage.

If the problem continues, contact support and include your device model and iOS version.

My sound is not working

Check that:

Your device is not muted
The volume is turned up
Sound is enabled inside the game
Bluetooth headphones or speakers are not connected unexpectedly

My score or progress has disappeared

Floppy Fish: Reef Rush may store some progress locally on your device.

Deleting the app, resetting the device or restoring from a backup may affect locally stored data. Contact support if you believe your progress has been lost unexpectedly.

Purchases and Restore Purchases

If you have purchased an item and it is not showing:

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Open Floppy Fish: Reef Rush.
Go to the purchase or settings screen.
Select Restore Purchases.

You will not be charged again for eligible previous purchases.

If the purchase still does not appear, contact support and include:

The product purchased
The approximate purchase date
The Apple Account country or region

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Refunds and Billing

Payments are processed by Apple.

For refund requests, billing problems or accidental purchases, use Apple's purchase-support service. Kagool Studios Ltd cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
