If you’re struggling with your Valhalla cross-progression, follow these steps to resolve your account issues.
In my case, I ended up with two duplicate accounts. One account I was using recently playing Valhalla on my Xbox and when I switched to a PS5 there was nothing saved ( it asked me to start again ). I was very confused by that because it should be saved in the cloud.
What happened is that I had a different account with a PS5, which I had signed up to a different Ubisoft account. So you need to log in on the website, find the one you need, and then delete the one you don’t need or just unlink it.
For example, If you were using your Xbox, log in with Xbox, and then link your PS5 to that account. You can do it vice versa, or it could be on different accounts, and then you can also log in via PC and all your progression should be shared across all the platforms.
So basically you need to find out where your main progress is. As I said earlier, delete the one you don’t want and you should be good to go.
However, If you’re struggling with your email and you need to change that you can contact Ubisoft.
It’s a lot easier than Activision, and it is probably a bit better than Epic, in a way. It was a bit hard getting my email changed.
